Prestotrophies.com prides itself as a reputed personalized products company having more than 2 decades of experience servicing customers. Customers appreciate that our products are of personalized nature and once made, they cannot be used by anyone else. Hence Prestotrophies.com accepts Replacements and Refunds if they meet the following criterion.
Prestotrophies.com values its customer experiences very seriously and should there be a manufacturing defect, transit damage or any other shortcoming from our side, every effort will be made to meet the shortcoming by means of either Refund or Replacement. Please note that a package opening video is required to claim a refund. Refunds will be processed within 4-5 days based on the merit assessment by team Prestotrophies.com. For Replacements, kindly allow us the standard processing time of the product.
This refund and cancellation policy outlines how you can cancel or seek a refund for a product / service that you have purchased through the Platform. Under this policy: Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made 2 days of placing the order. However, cancellation requests may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to such sellers /merchant(s) listed on the Platform and they have initiated the process of shipping them, or the product is out for delivery. In such an event, you may choose to reject the product at the doorstep.
In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 2-3 days of receiving the product. The customer service team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
